Mental Health Committee (MHC)
The Mental Health Committee is focused on developing and implementing campaigns and programming strategies related to mental health and wellbeing at the University of Toronto. While the Grad Minds Committee will often focus on developing tools, the MHC focuses on advocacy, lobbying and resource provisions.

Get Involved
You can get involved in the Mental Health Committee in any of its several working groups. Please fill out the form below and/or contact the Vice-President Graduate Life at gradlife@utgsu.ca.
- Join a subcommittee: Choose from Toolkit Development Committee, Creative Wellness Events Team, Graduate Peer Support Committee or Wellness Grant Committee based on your interests and skills.
- Attend meetings: Join our bi-weekly committee meetings to stay informed and contribute ideas.
- Become an Art Therapy Assistant: Support our art therapy sessions and help create a relaxing environment.
