Annual General Meeting

The UTGSU Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be on December 5th, 2019 in the OISE Auditorium Room G162.

This is a great way to get involved and direct the activity of your Union and is open to all graduate students. Members can attend this meeting to participate in the democratic decision making of the Union, to stay informed regarding the work being done by the Union, and to help to direct the ongoing efforts of the General Council and Executive Committee.

UTGSU members can submit agenda items, including proposals for finances and campaigns. To submit an item for inclusion in the agenda in the first mailout, please contact the Internal Commissioner at internal@utgsu.ca by November 19th, 2019. All motions and proposals must be emailed to the Internal Commissioner at internal@utgsu.ca and to the Chair at chair@utgsu.ca no later than 6:00pm on November 25th.
