UofT Grad Thrive: Empowering Graduate Mental Health
The Mental Health Committee addresses the increasing mental health challenges among UofT graduate students. We offer immediate support through direct services while working on long-term solutions through education, research, and advocacy.
Goal
Our primary goal is to identify and fill gaps within UofT mental health services with effective strategies and initiatives. We aim to ensure that every graduate student has access to comprehensive mental health resources, enabling them to focus on their studies and personal well-being.
Strategies and Initiatives
- UTGSU Graduate Mental Health Toolkit: This toolkit will provide essential resources and strategies for graduate mental health support.
- Creative Wellness Initiatives – Art as Therapy & Pet Therapy: Participate in these therapeutic activities to improve mental health and reduce stress.
- Graduate Mental Wellness Grant: Access funding for mental health initiatives.
