The Canadian Union of Public Employees 3902 represents contract academic workers at the University of Toronto. If your Top Up Plan is not active, or have any other questions regarding the plan, please contact the UOT Benefits Specialist who is administering the Top Up Plan. UHIP Information
The University Health Insurance Plan (UHIP) is a mandatory health care coverage for registered international and exchange students while they study in Canada. You can send them an email at: uhip.information@utoronto.ca or you can call the UHIP office at 416-978-0290.
